Novacel Troy is a Novacel production facility based in in Troy, Ohio, USA.

Located in southwest Ohio, Novacel Performance Coatings is within 600 miles of 37% of the industrial output of the United States.

60 employees work in the 330,000 square foot manufacturing complex.

Our unique coating capabilities allow us to handle both water-based and solvent systems at widths up to 68 inches and finish goods in either roll or sheet form. 

Previously named Novacel Performance Coating, the plant is specialized in: 

• adhesive coated papers for printing water-activated labels and cohesive coated papers for various applications.
• specialty release papers for High Pressure Laminations (HPL)
• casting papers for vinyl casts that support graphic decals, vehicle wraps, and decorative laminates.
• transfer papers and films for printers of heat transfer labels for textile decoration.
